Personal Attention Noticed From the First Call
Many Health Wright Products customers have told us of their appreciation of our commitment to personal service and attention. This fact is first noticed by "commitment to hello" rule within HWP. While voice mail exists within HWP; it is our philosophy to use it as a back up and not a primary means of communication. The HWP incoming phone system rings throughout all offices and everyone is committed to insuring every call is answered by a friendly caring person. While voice mail is a necessity in today’s business environment, Health Wright Products employees know there is no substitute for a warm and friendly "Hello".
