Perform inorganic and organic analysis utilizing approved methods for sample preparation and chemical analysis of solid and liquid matrixes by ICPMS, HPLC, HPTLC, GCFID. The ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, in a safe manner, is critical to this position.


It is essential for all employees to adhere to Company policies.

  • Properly document receipt of raw material and finished product samples for organic analysis.
  • Utilize approved methods, properly prepare samples for inorganic and organic analysis.
  • Utilizing proper technique and approved methods analyze for trace and constituent inorganic and organic content of raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform Quality Control review to ensure compliance to Quality Control specifications and standards.
  • Utilize instrument specific computer applications for inorganic and organic analysis.
  • Serve as a technical resource for organization regarding inorganic and organic analysis.
  • To have an understanding and ability to run additional analyses as needed.
  • To support the QA/Lab Management during the investigations for any non-conformances.
  • Able to provide training and guidance as necessary.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance on all instrumentation when necessary.
  • Order and inventory lab materials to maintain supplies

  • B.S. degree or better in Chemistry or related field.
  • 3 years minimum experience in performing trace and constituent test procedures.
  • 5+ years of combined experience with ICPMS, HPLC, HPTLC, GCFID
  • Experience working in a cGMP environment preferred.
  • Technical writing skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications such as MS Office and MS Excel.
