Health Wright Products is a privately held Contract Manufacturer of Nutritional Supplements that is seeking a Sanitation Lead to join our expanding organization. JOB SUMMARY

The Sanitation Lead will assist the Sanitation Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of sanitation activities, including but not limited to the sanitation of operations, facilities, waste and recycling programs. This person is a highly organized individual who is knowledgeable about the company’s products and materials. Supervise sanitation personnel in the cleaning of the facility. Ensure completion of essential job functions to maintain integrity of food safety program and product quality. Inspect, evaluate and train sanitation personnel to ensure all standards are met and prevent product contamination. A. Provide leadership and supervision in a cGMP dietary supplement manufacturing environment for sanitation and associated personnel. Effectively motivate, train and communicate with their assigned teams to assure superior levels of sanitation, accuracy, safety, reliability, and quality. Insure individual and team levels of performance meet or exceed goals and expectations.

B. Follow and enforce all food safety and quality system requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer and Safety.

C. Responsible for the daily management of the Sanitation Team.

D. Secondary correspondent with management and QA on sanitation issues-regarding facility or personnel.

E. Notifies appropriate Supervisor or Manager when additional sanitation is needed of equipment.

F. Provides assistance to Quality and Production as it relates to training, improving efficiency in regard to sanitations role in “downtime”.

G. Tracks and evaluates cleaning schedules and process optimization.

H. Other duties as assigned

I. Must be able to successfully pass all job-related tests and certifications required for working in a cGMP, quality environment including but not limited to: inspections and GMP requirements to perform essential functions of the job. Must re-qualify every year on all job-related tests and certifications as job or qualifications require

QUALIFICATIONS

A. A High School diploma or GED preferred

B. 1 to 3 years of current sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment, desirable

C. Required ability to read, write, and communicate with English language.

D. Basic math and computer skills.

E. A legal right to work in the United States

F. Must pass a drug screen and a background check in accordance with HWP standards
