HR Coordinator

Health Wright Products is a privately held Contract Manufacturer of Nutritional Supplements that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our expanding organization. Position: 
Human Resources Coordinator

Shift: Day Shift, 8am-5pm

Pay: DOE

 

JOB SUMMARY

Successfully manage the full cycle recruitment process for manufacturing, including developing a qualified candidate pool, interviewing, communicating offers of employment, and assisting with on boarding tasks. Responsible for managing the temporary workforce including timesheets and orders. Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment for manufacturing by working closely with hiring managers
  • Assist with the facilitation of new employee orientation
  • Generate and manage meaningful job postings
  • Schedule interviews for candidates and start dates for new hires
  • Maintain candidate files and compile interview feedback from staff
  • Assist in management of job board and social media presence
  • Create and implement programs for: new hire orientation, associate on-boarding, structured interviews and retention strategies
  • Working with operations, coordinate temporary staffing needs and payroll auditing for temporary associates
  • Assist employees with ADP portal administration
  • Prepares offers of employment
  • Assists with special projects such as open enrollment, employee trainings, and other workplace events
  • Maintains employee records and files as required by Federal and State laws
  • Must be able to successfully pass all job-related tests and certifications required for working in a cGMP, quality environment including but not limited to: inspections and GMP requirements to perform essential functions of the job.  Must re-qualify every year on all job-related tests and certifications as job or qualifications require.

 

Education/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • S. degree or greater in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Experience recruiting for food manufacturing positions preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications such as MS Office
  • Familiar with HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
